University of Calgary Properties Group along with the project consultants solicited initial feedback on the area by offering engagement sessions through various formats including, in-person, virtually and through an online survey.

Over 70 participants attended and provided initial feedback in May. Sessions were held in a variety of formats to meet various participation needs including an in-person session on May 18, two virtual sessions on May 26 and an online survey between May 18-31,2022. The valuable insights collected across all sessions were used to help inform the next phase of the Master Plan development
